Ok here is the dumb question of the month... What is all that blue wiring? Is it a grounding kit? Just wondering. It looks like you have it all set back to the Negative terminal.

I am a little slow.

1.) No I can't feel a difference yet, its raining outside and it would be stupid to push it.
