What happened when you transplant a K20A2 or A1 into EP?

I know you get more power!

If let's say one put a K20A2 or A1 with respective ECU into EP3, will the EBD (Electronic brake distribution) and EPS (electric power steering) still works? Since Intergas do not come with these features.

I have a K20A2 with an ITR ECU and my power steering works perfect.

A1 is nickname for Type R's K20A. It is one hell of a steak sauce!

Before installing the engine in the car, you take the power steering pump of and put the idler pully from the a3 in it's place!

K20A1 = CTR 215 HP
K20A2 = RSX-S 200 HP
K20A3 = EP 160 HP

Makes me almost want to install the P/S pump from an A2 in my Ep3 since the idler pulley in my car is so freaking loud!!!!

That would be a whole lot of work just to fix a loud idler pulley. I'm sure you realize that in order to do that you would also have to replace the rack with a rsx one. I would be cheeper to get a new idler pulley.

Remember, there are 2 versions of the CTR, Japan Spec and Europe Spec. The Euro version is only a Type S engine so only 200hp.

yeah i found a 215ps now...guess that is the same as hp?!?!? if so then i stand corrected
