Hey guys my car is not modded up yet i just got it two weeks ago. I did manage to buy this billet antenna and i'm not to sure about it so i figure i would throw it up here. I know you guys definitely give honest feedback :D So check out and pics and drop a post.

The antenna is chrome, which doesn't match well with the satin silver. I was thinking about spray painting it, but that was just a thought

IT's a different silver then the rest of the car so I would say NAY.

Nah I like the original OEM antenna better, sorry

Oh and take that dealership badge off the back. I hate it when dealerships do that.

use a heat gun to heat it up a little and then run some dental floss behind the badge to remove it. remove the left over goop with some goo gone.

I have never had to remove one so I'll let someone else respond thats better qualified. Last two cars I got I told them they could do a plate frame but no badges.

yeah that will work. When you use that, just heat it up pretty good, take some floss and basically floss it off. There might be some residue left over, if so, just use some goo off if you can't get the rest of the adhesive off

Not to Billet... that thing looks too sharp and small... but that's just me... i'm not a big fan of the stock one either... but what can you do? :)

I prefer stock, but at least your car is silver. Go with whatever you like... I don't really think billet stuff works well on anything modern (say, last 10-20 years) unless it is a truck. You can make an argument for PT Cruiser billet grille and I won't blanche, but it is suitably retro to pull such treatment off. The Si, however, IMHO, is mighty far from that.

"The Homer" made good use of it as such, and it's from the early 90's

BAD DEALER! That is total bullshit when they put stickers/badges on peoples cars. A licenseplate frame and insert is enough, people don't want to go around advertising for you forever.

billet=jc whitney.............lame and ugly..........my friend put one on his matrix but i dont have the heart to tell him, he loves it and its his first car that he's modded..........also, if that dealer badge is a sticker, use an eraser wheel on a drill and some goo-gone and your done, thats how i took off the v-tec stickers and it took 5 minutes...........;) :D
