Does anybody have a method of removing signs of rust from metal, besides the obvious sandpaper method?

Is this for a chip? . What I do is clean the chip area with alcohol. then I take a needle and get all the rust out of the chip. Then I put on the touchup paint.
Wait for other responses before you do this in case I'm a fucktard and am ruining my car.
Or maybe I just missed what you meant LOL :)

bar keepers friend is ajax's ass. comes in a cylinder like ajax but is 10 times better.
muratic acid is good for removing rust. neutralize it afterwards, including the ground it ran on.

Just take the header off and sand blast it, then ceramic coat it or get it jet hot coated.:D Or just buy a stainless steel header ;)

I can't answer for bio. But, I know that you can get it from Summit Racing. It's a place to start.

HONESTLY!!
There is a difference! but its minimal...very minimal:o
I got a used 4-1 DC header and to tell you the truth it looks almost the same as the stock so I think this is one of the reasons why I don't feel a big differnece in power when I drive.
I didn't get to meet up with guys last sat at speedstar because I was so dissapointed in the preformance, especailly since I was charged $85 in brokerage fees
