ok i need to know what those silver wrap things are that people sometime put around different parts in their engine compartment. i usually see them in cars that are boosted. heat wrap? heat guard? something like that. also need to know where i can purchase some of this. i tried my best at describing it. i know "thing" doesnt help but i tried. thanx for any help.

it usually goes over the turbo manifold if Im correct and it is there to keep the piping cool. Its just heatwrap. I dont know... but maybe home depot or someplace like that would carry it.
