Pretty cheap price...but compared to the phillips one I have it's missing a few things, and the mounts look sorta cheap...and the wires don't seem to have another thicker plastic tube to go in for protection. I'd still prolly hit it...dunno bout the 8K tho.

btw thought you had hid's already? Oh well, if i ever take a trip up to dallas I wanna ride in ur turbo'd egg :D

the price of that kit is really good, but judging from the packaging and parts it's one of those lower end HID from Taiwan.

I had a chance to play with Taiwan's and Korean's HID before, yes their price is awesome but then they aren't too dependable in the long run. Not that they will blow but sometimes it wouldn't fire up or the color turns greenish or even YELLOW.:o

If you can afford more for HID, i'd definitely recommand you to get some good quality HIDs which come with everything Philips, just for the peace of mind.

I'd choose 5000K for it's very slight hint of bluish white with very good visibility

But if ur inclined toward blue/purplish color then you'd love 6000K or higher(10000K <- extreme). However it's not as good as 5000K visibility wise.

When the time comes for me to purchase an HID set, it will more than likely be the 5000K. I want something with good visibility.

After seeing the HID spread on an 03 s2k at night, I want visibility. The light showered everywhere onto the pavement. Sexy.
