I didn't take pics of the process but you just remove the three philips screws and pull the rubber crap off, then gently install the other boot, knob was as easy as drinking free beer

What do you think about this one?

Somebody needs some anti-exfoiliating replenishing natural rejuvanating lotion, for that oily knee.

Is it like deja vu or what? Oh yea, I recognize that mod. I posted it about two months ago. Only I used a Type-R boot and a Skunk2 knob. Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks the stock rubber accordian looking boot is cheesy, (no offense to those who like it)

What kind of leather boot is that? and where can I order it from? Did you have any fitment problems? If so, please let me know. I would like to order one A.S.A.P.

Ummm why do your floormats only say Civic and not Civic Si???

Sorry that my first post is this, but oh well...I had to post sometime didn't I?? Oh well good site as of now. We will have to see if it turns to crap like all the others...

Awesome member rides and hope that I can post pics when I add mods to mine. As for now mine is a stock SSM Si. LATERS! :)

It is a factory DC2 USDM "R" shift boot. (2001 model)

so a 2001 type-r shift knob and boot would fit on the 02 si.

I think this will be my next interior mod. (That and pedals.)

Are there any decent "brushed" metal pedals available? (Like the Audi TT kind?)

Don't pay too much for your shift boot. Wait for an ITR owner to buy a JDM shift boot, and pick up the USDM one for nothing.

:)

(Ummmm.... No, I am keeping my USDM shift boot. :) )

Where did you get the shift knob from? I looked on Ebay and I only saw a few ITR 5 speed knobs and they were $75 and $125.

(The boots are only about $30)

How do you get the jdm shift boot to stay up against the knob? Are there clips to hold it up?
