is it bad to drop a screw into the shifter dash

Hey like the title says, and as you can probably imagine, i dropped a screw while putting back that metal piece that does absolutely nothing =o) just wondering if it will fall into something important and shread up my car, or if i hsould just take the time and take apart everything to find it?

i felt around, but couldnt find it. sooo yea.

yippie. while im posting...there is also a lost shifterbusing, gummy bear, and L.E.D down there....

only problem i can think of is when you're turning, it'll hit something and make some noise.

The screw wont cause a problem.. but that gummi bear might! Get it out ASAP!
