Burnt smell....:;sniff sniff::

Last week I opened up the Ep, just form 2nd to 3rd...and I was slowing down I smelled Burnt plastic for about a few seconds...I checked under the hood but there was nothing burning or seem to be burnt....I just wanted to know if you guys had this problem to.

Depending on how hard you drive and how many miles... it could be clutch. Our clutches are crap. I think when Honda decided on the grippiness of the clutch, its meant for only STOCK engines. When mods come into play, it doesnt' grab as much. That's one of the reasons. Plus, you could've driven hard within certain time and the clutch gets hot, and doesn't grip. That happened to me before too.

at that time it was 14k miles, and bone stock....And it was only a short distance from my house, maybe 2 mins of driving

plastic bag or some weird goo. it happened to me a while ago and it turned out to be goo.
