i probably shouldnt even be asking because most of the time it sayz 01+ Civic it DOESNT include the Si (especially suspension) but i figured i myte as well ask...

Haha, i dunno if we have any super cheapo ones out for our car... You can always check Ebay... Sorry i cant offer any more help!

It won't fit, if a RSX rear strut bar won't fit (or atleast that what it looked like, and I haven't seen anyone with one). Just get the e-bay bar like many members here, or spend the extra cash for a name brand.
