i was wondering if any is running full exhaust intake and hondata and has a set of 16's preferably can tell me how much of a differnce was made.

Check out the Engine section, there is also a N/A section within the Engine section. It will make a bigger difference, also try a search too.

az02si has almost the exact setup you just said and he runs 14.9's I think.

Yah, all he needs to do is fix is horrible camber problem and he will probably get a little bit better times.
