Service Bulletins ?

I have Heard Some things here about Service bulletins

I Think My car has a few of these issues,

Does anybody Know How this works, As in what cars are affected?, Is there anywhere I can Find An expanded Listing of the bulletins, Is the Dealer obligated to fix them under warranty?

If any one is in the know About this Stuff,

I brought this into a dealership because my suspension was creaking, but they told me that the TSB report was not valid and there have been no actual recall bulletins for the 02 SI posted with Honda (as of a month ago) ..but they should still fix any problems on that list as long as your car is under warranty. They seemed to get kinda mad that I brought in that TSB report, cuz they thought I thought those were all recalls and i wanted everything replaced or something....

However, my dad brought our Acura in with a TSB report and they willingly fixed everything that was wrong with the car that was on the list (even though the warranty on the car has been over for quite a while) acting as if they were actual recalls...so i dont know..maybe i just had a crappy dealership help me...

it would be cool if someone on the inside could get us a copy of a couple of them..i hate pesking the dealership for freefixits.
