just wanted to say how much i appreciate this site! hehe...i've always hated my car! i mean, going from a CL to an SI wasn't fun! 200 hp to 160 hp! hehe..power seating, no power seating...HEATED seats/cloth seats :(

so then i found ephatch..and i'd have to say i love my car now!

i never realized it till today tho...
i got my oil changed and i watched the guy pull it in to the garage and i actually smiled looking at my car and thought "omg..that's mine!" hahahhaa and it's even stock and i liked how it looked and everythinG!

and then i met a guy in my complex w/ an ep...and we chit chatted a lil bit..and oh gawsh...realized i REALLY realy love my car..hahhaa...(hey! you should post on here!! i know you're reaaddding thisss!! hahahha)

well, just wanted to say thanks everyone! :)

Velvet? It is a cloth called suede. Actually I think it is a suede mixed with another fiber to help with longevity, and staining. Basically any seat that isn't leather is considered cloth.

Just think how much you'll love your car with a few mods. Springs and rims/tires are a must. You could probably sucker a fellow socal ephatcher into doing the work for you. Eurosteez would be a good choice. ;)

welcome, but our seats are Alacantra, which is Faux Suede. Suede is not fabric it is the back side of Leather. Thought I would just clear up the confusion. Suede is the way to go, as it does not slip like leather, does not get hot in summer that you can't sit in your shorts, and does not get cold in winter like leather. Alacantra is the next best thing.
