Turbo already?

A couple of nights ago I was at our local races and another Ep pulled into the parking lot. I immediatly tried to talk to him about his car. I asked him what mods he had done to his car and he told me this:
- Custom made turbo kit with "hidden" intercooler.
- This turbo ran at 10 pounds of boost.
- Custom made exhaust with Arospeed muffler ( why ?)
- Stand alone fuel management system for the mapping etc.

I am not one to call Bull shit on someone but this guy reeked of it. I asked him to pop his hood so I could see it. He told me that he didn't want to show anyone for some stupid reason. Then I asked him to race my buddies integra ( built C5 motor with turbo )
He told me " I aint cuttin' her lose tonight " because he left his laptop for his stand alone at home. That sounds familiar doesn't it, could it be, Fast and the Furious. Anyways he claimed that it ran a 10.9 @ 130 MPH. I just laughed and walked away. To bad he actually owns the same car that I do.
