How much trans fluid goes in to our transmissions? Searched!

Try p.250 of your owners manual.:banana:

"Change: 1.6 US qt (1.5L)
Total: 1.8 US qt (1.7L)"

Edit: Uh just checked my service bill from when I had mine changed, they charged me for 3 F@#$in Litres! If I still went to that dealer, I would go back and complain, but they are not worth the hassle.

If you are going by the manual (which I wouldn't if you drive your car hard), Honda says every 3 years or (60,000 miles).
I had mine changed after 6 months, cause I wanted to install my Spoon:D magnetic drain plug.

well now that we know howmuch,
what kinda of fluid is everyone using.
im still stock, but ive heard some people got some sort of benefit from switching tranny fluid. Smoother shifting to name one.

Hahaha Hey SiRman which syn. tranny oils u using? I'm still searching for a good one. Waiting for replies... I want to install my tranny bolt too hahaha just dunno which to change ...
