cams and turbo

Quick question I am not sure what forum this belongs in but I figure ill try here first. I am going to get a turbo kit in march still not completly sure which one prob greddy but who knows, prob what ever one I can get the best deal on! I was wondering when cams start comming out for our cars will I be able to use them with a turbo. This may be a stupid question but I am sorry I really do not know anything about this stuff but I am trying to learn.

sorry guys you can disreguard my first post. I did some reaserch and found out that the cam has to be a FI set up so I guess thats my answer.
