Topfuel power neo, I've seen it on a option2 mag on a ka20 type r engine. Anyone have it or heard of it.

i remember when i asked this question. do a search on "power neo". the theory is it ionizes your incoming fuel via a set of 2$ magnets with a high gauss reading. its like the japanese "tornado".. ive heard it makes marginal gains like 1 horse MAYBE.
another argument that has presented itself is that the fuel ionizer was developed a long time ago for carbeurated muscle cars, in which, just about ANYTHING you do will give better gas mileage.

Your tallking about that device that charges the ions in the fuel right? Suposedly making the fuel more stable to burn and more powerfull too.
