Tranny Mess

i was wondering if anybody gears are getting crunched ? because when i shifted to third i am getting crunch and i have been taking it easy? does anybody know what the diagontic is to my problem?

new 3rd gear,transmission overhaul, check fluids and synchros fixed. Honda rebuilt those parts for me under warranty,.
