I'm planning to buy some 16's broze rota slipstreams but i need to know what the wheel specs are for my 04' EP...besides being 5 lug, what else do i need to when purchasing rims for my car?

:D just find out if the wheels fit your car. it will more than likely fit because rota makes wheels for honda specific applications.
