What will the PRO KIT drop the car? Will I need a camber kit? I am thinking of putting 18's on. I don't want much of a gap.

I wouldn't get prokit unless you like the car to sit lower in the back.

Question
Can you get ground control coilovers?

Pro-Kits will work the best with your stock shocks. In other words, they won't wear them out quickly whereas the Sportlines are more aggressive and will put more strain on them. If you want the lower stance of the Sportlines I suggest looking in to an aftermarket shock like Koni. BTW, I have Pro-Kits over my original shocks and they work beautifully.
