I got my ECU back from Hondata!!! Oh, its so sweet!!! Thanks to Jeramy Kindle and Hondata!!! This should hold me over till I get my Type-R engine.

I paid $595 thru Jeramy Kindle, however I found out after that, that VSV Performance here in Dallas will do it for $525. Oh, well.

Now you have to let everyone w/o the ecu test drive the car a little...;)

Sweet...if I get back out there this spring, will you let me take it for a spin? I want it but have a hard time swinging $600 for it. Nobody around here has it yet.

Would you be able to hook me up with the phone # and address for that shop in Dallas. Im gonna be placing my order today for Hondata and thats the best price Ive found. Thanks man, enjoy.

Is it just a matter of un-bolting the ECU, packaging it up, taking it down to a UPS center. Then wating for Hondata to respond back with a reprogrammed ECU, than just plug-n-play? or do you have to have the dealer re-code something?

Very simple, you send hondata your key, immobilizer, and ecu. They flash 'your' ecu and send you 'your' ecu back. HTH.
