hey dudes/dudettes, I messed up! I had my e-brake on and I wanted to drive up my drive way but I forgot to release the ebrake, so I went in to first gear and reved and slowly released the clutch, but the car didn't move, and so thinking that I need to rev more because my drive way is on an incline, I reved more and finally slowly inched up the drive way with the car repeatedly jerking forward. When I braked and stopped the car, I realized that my ebrake was on... :(
What do you guys think happened to my ebrakes? Do you think it is broken now? Is my ebrake now less effective since I probably wore out a lot of the brake? I don't know how ebrakes work, so I'm not sure what I've damaged by doing what I just did. Any suggestions/advice/recommendations?

Thanks!

in His love,
HS

Your E-brake uses the same pads as the regular brakes on the rear, so you did absolutely nothing to them, they're fine.

If anything, your clutch may have recieved some extra wear and tear. Nothing compaired to a launch, so don't worry about it.
