I went to the LA Autoshow this past weekend and saw a bunch of nice cars, ie Porsche GT3 and Carrera GT.

When I saw the Carrera GT I was stunned by it's 20" wheels in the rear and 15" rotors, I think this thing has 6 or 8 piston calipers  605Hp!

Now here's the real kicker, when I glanced inside the car I notice the shifter is located just like ours! It's great to know that we share something in common with a $440,000 car. Did anyone else go to the show?

Here are the pics:

hard to tell from the looks of the pic, but it looks like the shifter is more like the matrix, just kinda raised up higher, i like ours better :p

Since they stole our unique shifter design we should all get the porsche to our garages or parkjing lots as a fee!

THe old Formula One cars and LeMans cars that had REAL manual trannys had the shiifter lever located directly beside the steering wheel. It helps the arms keep the same length and so on;)

Check out those awesome pedals!!

"Racing inspried pedals are mounted to the carbon fiber floor, just to the left of the carbon fiber tunnel. Large doorsill is easy to traverse."

"Interior is nearly 100% carbon fiber, and is extremely simple yet effective. Controls are easy to reach, and everything is placed perfectly within reach of the driver."

I'm beginning to think it is worth $440,000. It's only $7,500 a month for 60 mos w/ $40,000 down. :smilem: :smilem:
