right now i've got a HKS exhaust and Neuspeed 22mm rear sway/tie. At stoplights or at idle they connect and rattle (it's bugging the s**t out of me) anyone know of a fix or of a rear sway that accomodates an aftermarket exhaust?

I have the same problem with the HKS and my progress bars. If you do a search you will find that most of us, including me, have just delt with the noise, however if you go to an exhaust shop using some shorter hangers and bending the hangers on the exhaust/body you should beable to get enough clearance so that the two pieces no longer hit against eachother

strange. the neuspeed is supposed to allow for proper clearance using a 60 mm piping exhaust.

hmm i would try to rememdy that quick because that might eventually make a hole in ur exhaust like it did mine..... this was on my 2k1 ex b4 i traded it for an ep. but the vibration and the constant rattling will cause some damage.

bend your exhaust pipe allowing more clearance
