High Flow Cat

Is a High Flow Cat worth it or not? Does anyone think it will help in making more HP?

Megan Racing has a downpipe and cat all in one for our car. ijust installed mine the other day. lost alittle low end but my top end is nuts right now. it pulls very nicely now beyond 4500 rpms.

The test pipe made it feel like i added i/h/e all over again.

You can get it on ebay. I still have the stock airbox and header on my ep, and it definately made a difference; really smothed out the midrange dip our cars have. Now it just pulls right through.
