Type-R Tranny

Do you think the Type-R 4.764 Final Gear Set would fit our transmissios? is the final drive shaft to long or......

I need some insight on this guys!

You can swap out the final drives between all K-series unless it's an automatic. I've seen guys put TSX final drives into the Type S trannies. But...you don't need the Type R's 4.764 final drive because our Ep's final drive is 4.764 also ;) (Same as TSX too) See here: http://www.hondanews.com/forms/honda/civicsi/seetext?2003100835969

The Type S tranny and the base RSX tranny have the different final drive. The Type S and base RSX have a 4.389 final drive.

I have heard that Spoon will have a final drive somewhere around 5.00, don't remember the actual number.
