Titanium Exhaust Question

Does anyone know of an exhaust other than the Greddy Ti Exhaust that is full titanium and is street legal. Greddy claims that there Ti exhaust may not be street legal. Does anyone know of another exhaust for the 02 civic si that is full titanium or atleast with a titanium tip....any info would be helpful...thanks

The main reason I can think of for Ti exhausts not being street legal in some areas is if you got in a accident and it scrapes down the road it sparks like a mofo.
