today i was lookin at a carbon fiberhood i had just bought and notice 3 or 4 like dirty marks i tried to wipe them off but they wouldnt come off is it possible that it is under the protective layer on the hood...anyone kno the best way to clean a carbon fiber hood should i wax it

Yeah, its important to wax it alot because it can fade in the sun, do it like once every 3 weeks on the carbon fiber. thanks bud, dave

I wax the eclipses hood every other weekend. Her car sits outside all day, and also doesnt have a Heatshield

Like i said, and STP, i say wax it once a week or two weeks with a few coats, go over it twice or more. Then it will last a long time.....Mods, i think this should be a sticky.... thanks, dave
