When are they going to release camshafts for the K20A3?! Toda has released yet another engine kit for the K20A2 and its very promising. I still sit at the edge of my seat hoping that something will be released for the A3!

could we run toda vtec killer cams? since u cant use the regular vtec enabled cams toda makes, would we be able to just run with the vtec-less cams?

heard mixed things about skunk cams like breakage etc... maybe that was whn they just started making cams back in the days.

we'd probably lose our low end torqe with the vtec killer cams but the high end should be good. maybe if you had the k24 block, it would cancel out the lack of low end torque. if u had just the killer cams, it might put us in the same boat as the previous civic si...no low end but kick ass top end.

hp is good but i prefer it at a usable range. i wouldnt want to have my opponent smoke me cuz i have to wait till my car hits 8k to make power.:D

I don't think the stock compression in the A3 would be able to take advantage of the vtec killer cams. You would probably need higher compression pistons. I ran into this with my old LS with Crower Cams.

Don't forget about VTC, it throes a wrench up in there.

The vtec killer cams also kill vtc, so its not a problem. :D

ya these are definately not plug and play cams. their probably more trouble than their worth for the k20a3. i wonder if skunk2 has a little something, something up their sleeves?;)
