what do you think about these wheels in 16" with a 40mm offset on a silver EP with no drop for now. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/product/wheels/kondrv.o.ang.jpg

also what size tires could I do with these

imo, a drop should come before you get a set of wheels like that because with out wheel gap before a drop it looks horrible. this is from personal experience. but if you want to go with those they look alright. whats the weight on them?

I say drop before wheels too.
If you just use your car for daily driving and no competition some springs and a camber kit would be cool 380-400 bucks...less if you use ProKit or some other small drop (no camber kit) and of course less if you got used springs. I dunno man...seems like a small price compared to the 1k+ most people spend on wheels/tires.
Good Luck though. :D

I drive my car alot and thought tires would be cheaper to maintain with a 16" compared to 17" discount had the wheels for $380 plus tax. I want to lower my car some but just dont want to destroy my stock struts.

I was also thinking about a rota grid or CP-8's to many decisions

Rota's are good wheels. Grid looks nice on our cars. I have C8's on my 4 door. Never had a single problem! And talk about cheap...sheesh! :D

They look good. Personally, with your choices I would go with the Grids. Nice selections though.....;)

Will the 40mm offset be ok with the rims in the picture.
