Hey there, what is up with the price?? That's no group buy price!
I got mine as many others did on Ebay for $29.99, Hello.:D

Edit: and shipping was not 20 bucks.

The retail price on our website, www.grille-tech.com is $59.99, plus $9.99 S&H. EBay prices are not set prices since auctions can be bid up and often are for this product. Plus, there is a $12 Shipping/Handling fee added to the eBay winning auction amount.

Therefore, the $49.99 price is in fact a very good price for a quality product.

Thanks,
Kristina

regardless of your website price, the product can still be had for $29.99 plus $12 shipping = $41.99

yes, it is an auction, and the product can get bid up higher, but the truth of the matter is that it very rarely does.

maybe if you matched the ebay price, or even one step better, lowered it to $39.99 you would get more buyers, just some potential customer input.....

Hello:

First, thank you "vbp si 03" and everyone else for your feedback.

I have discussed your suggestions with one of our owners and although I am unable to edit the price on the actual Group Buy information on ephatch.com at this time due to a "database error," the price has in fact been lowered to $39.99 shipped! I think you'll all find this to be acceptable and a great deal!

Thanks again and best wishes,
Kristina

Hi, I bought my grille from you a while back in July and the coating is starting to wear off. I have not used any special cleaner, just regular car soap. Is there any thing you can do to help me out? Thanks..

Hello Zigen5:

Try to clean and wax the grille insert regularly with a high-grade automotive wax in order to prevent corrosion. Or, you can also try cleaing it with WD40.

Hope this helps and feel free to contact me should you have any further questions.

Best wishes,
Kristina

Hello:

Our grille inserts are made of perforated mild steel that is then double powder-coated for maximum durability. After being double powder-coated, they are clear coated.

The grille insert is pre-cut and designed to fit/install over your stock (OEM) grille.

Thanks,
Kristina
