Just bought an '02 Si...

I just bought a used 02 SI with 9K miles on eBay. What do you guys is a fair price for it? I paid a little less than $12,000. Did I get gipped? I hope not...

No, I'd say that's a pretty good price. Guys are getting
anywhere from 12-14 on a trade in. One guy just bought an
02 or 03 with 20K+ miles for 14,999, I think. So I'd say
you got a good price.

I've always been a Honda fan. I used to have a 98 Prelude SH but I had to sell it for a 95 Civic EX Coupe when I went back to school for my masters. I sold the EX about a month ago since I wanted to get an S2000 but only to find that the insurance on it would've been around $250/month (I have a 6 month old speeding ticket). I thought that the Si would serve me well for a while and hence the purchase.

That's an outstanding deal, man! I bought an '02 with 3100 miles at the end of last year for 2K more, and mine didn't even come with floor mats ($89 at the dealer). I'm still satisfied that I got a good deal though. The next best price I could find within a 600 mile radius was one down in Sacramento that was going for 12.5K. But that one had aftermarket exhaust, wheels and 47K miles. I wanted one that I could mod myself with little mileage. Black was my first choice too, but I couldn't pass up 3K less than a leftover '03.

Great buy, and have fun on the drive back! Just try not to bump that rev limiter too much :D

Welcome aboard dude, you'll love the Si. It's a great little car, does its job well and gets pretty good gas mileage (30 MPG for me). :D

I got my silver '02 with 10,800 miles on it just 2 weeks ago. I payed $14,325 and feel I did pretty well. The sticker was $16,800 I think.
