I have a si with ground wires, Dc 4-1 ceramic headers, full exhast, Aem cold air. I plan on doing a jackson on my car. For a new head what would be the best gain Type S or Type R? What else could help me get my car to break 15s.

Much to learn. You want a new head, to go along with "jackson"? From the two what do you think, do you have the cash and no how to install a Type-R head on your block. You can and will break 15's many other ways.

N2O would be your best bang for the buck if you can control yourself with it. If you can't, your better off going with a swap, most likely an A2, since you can ride it hard and it won't deteriorate as fast as a boosted engine would.

shit mild bolt on will get you into 15s. mabye even high 14s with a good driver and good tires. damn out car isnt that slow guys. just needs some help.

oh and for heads, the tpye s is your best bet. cause the ctr is the same as the type s. now a k20 head or the dc5 r is a deffrent story. that the most powerful head of them all. that on a k24 block would be ideal for compression and good low end . not just power up top.
