Custom cat back exhaust piping...

I am going to go with the apexi n1 muffler and i was wondering about how much some 2.25 custom piping would cost...and where would i go to get it done. How much for crush bent...and how much more for mandrel? Thanks guys.

Crush was like $80 for David K for his midpipe. Mandrel, I don't know and I'm still looking. (I haven't had time to get a quote.)
