Different between 4-1 and 4-2-1?

What r the different between these 2 headers 4-1 and 4-2-1.
Isn't 4-1 header is more of a racing on because it give most top end horspower? and the 4-2-1 header give more mid horseopower?
This is what I am going to get next and I am not sure which is better to get. I kinna wanna suprise people, u know sound like a normal car at low rpm, but take it to the top and it pin them down to the seat.

Depends, right now I think you can only get 4-2-1. Even for the race headers.

That wat I though too, I also though that DC only make 4-2-1 header for our cars, but this website http://speedcustoms.com/product_info.php?products_id=847&osCsid=f9572ca157be4c6dd7b8f00b06397948 is selling a DC 4-1 header. And it cleary stated that it for the 02-03 Civic Si hatchback. Check it out

Yea, 4-2-1 is supposed to be better for mid-range power and 4-1 for top end. I don't know is DC Sports makes a 4-1 or not but I have a HP Racing 4-1 and its pretty nice. Especially since you can get one on eBay for about $160.

this correct. the only 4-1s i know of is the hp like stated, borla and the knock off dc sport on ebay is 4-1. i personally love my dc 421 ss. it gives great midrange for a shorty header.:D ;)
