Oil Change?

Right now i have 250+ miles on it, and im wondering if i should do the oil change now to synthetic, or wait till 1k and change it. Is it bad if i just straight change it to synthetic instead of using regular oil before 2k?

b/c i duno how long my car has been sitting in the parking lot for, and im afriad my oil has been contaminated due to condensation.

I changed mine at 500 miles. The oil had traces of assembly lube, and was extremely dirty. Put a couple thousand miles on her before you go synthetic. You only get one chance to seat those piston rings correctly.

one more questoin, how does synthetic oil affect my pistons? THe reason i ask if i should use synthetic now is because i dont want my engine to wear out, so basiclaly i use synthetic to minimize it form the beginning. Any comments on this?

Otherwise you don't have to care about engine
