Had the same problem and had it fixed under warranty. They replaced the clutch master cylinder.;)

First I was told that the clutch assembley needed to be replaced, but Oakland Honda (losers) never got the part, so SF honda gave it some oil and it was all good for a month. Them I just bought a tube of grease and have to grease it about once every 2 months... small problem, easy solution. I assure you it isn't the cylinder, if it was, and is wsa serious, you would feel a difference in driving as opposed ot just the clicking. Try grease, if it doesn't work, go to honda, but pick a good dealer!

ya it drives fine. Just a click, i doubt its the master cylinder. Where did you apply the grease to?

I was not entirely sure where to grease, so I applied it all over until it stopped, though mostly to the joint, put the driver seat down all the way, and lay down with yur head under the steering wheel, you'll see what I mean
