explosion HELP

dammit, i was driving home today when a big giant trash pickup truck's tire exploded. here are some pictures.

what are somethings that i can do? I wasnt able to get any informatino on the truck except that it had EDDCO on the side of it. I didnt realize that anything hit my car until i got out and looked, but by then it was to late.

i think somethings wrong with imagestation, and no i am not :(

Yes imagestation is having some troubles but I can see them now. Looks kinda like the car got hungry and is having a hunk of tire for a snack. I would try and find out what company the truck was from and contact them to see if they will foot the bill. If not your insurance company should cover it.

Oh and btw if the company from the truck is willing to pay for it I am pretty sure that looks like a Type-R urethane front end to me :D Like they are gonna know they are garbage men

i dont think the truck company will cover it, i called them a buncha times and they after i takled to the operator they forward me to a ansewering machine. ANd as for the insurance my parents say they dont want to go thru it cus they dont wanna pay for the dedcutable and and dont want it to raise it also. so for now i guess im pretty much screwed :(
