Well, I opened up the pdf finally and I realized the only downfall is that the document will not let you print it. I guess that is not too bad, but I think I can add a patch to Adobe Acrobat that will bypass the password so that printing is an option. Anyway, if anyone has problems with this link I could probably send you a zipped pdf.

For the people having trouble downloading this file, try right clicking and selecting "save target as".

i downloaded the file, but acrobat complains that the file is damaged and could not be repaired.

is it in some funky language or something?

No, it works fine in the newest version of Acrobat Reader. It probably did not download the whole file. If anyone knows of a website that will let me post a file, I can put it online in ZIP form. The zipped file is much quicker to download.

That file is locked, so it can not be printed and text cannot be copied out...kinda a waste of a dl if you ask me
