Budyy club kit + CAI+ rain?

i live in seattle and was thinkin of buying a buddy club kit. but i have a CAI, is there a way to put up some sort splash gaurd like on the stock bumper? because i really don't wanna hydrolock.

I do..I have or use to have BC with CAI for a while here in south texas and I took the car through rain and more rain and so far nothing went bad, I kept and didn't make any wholes on my plastic protector around the wheels and under the bumper though I did cover up the whole on the left side of the BC front bumper with plastic and some tape.
