I love the Forester XT's, but wish they could tow more.

Speaking from experience, keep both for atleast 2-3months, that should give you enough time for you not to regret a quick decision.
Meaning, selling the EP because you are so excited you got a new car.
Then, some time goes by and the EP starts to get missed.

I've had my XTerra for a couple months now and love it. I'm lucky enough to keep both. Hope you enjoy that SC you lucky bastard!! I went plain jane w/ absolutely nothing power, no cruise, nothing. . .cd player and nice sound system though. Hope you get to keep your EP too.

Yeah, I have to chime in with...
Keep the EP!! At least for a while, you know? Like ep_nezay says...you don't want to regret a quick decision later down the line. Plus, we all know true pimps have two cars or more! ;) :D

Man, just get rid of the EP. You obviously don't like the car very much and have been complaining more than praising it. Get rid of it and move on.

Nice buy, but I have one question. How the hell can an Xterra be more fun to drive as a daily driver?

Should have Bought a Pilot instead,I have a EX-L DVD as well. At least its one the Few SUV's that Holds its Value. Xterra's are everwhere and have no value in a year. To each his own.

Actually the supercharged Nissan 3.3L v6 makes alot LESS power than the naturally aspirated 3.5L v6...
It only makes like 210 hp...
It would get smoked by a Honda Oddyssey minivan...
:D

I'm glad you like the truck, I just hoped you either leased it or plan on keeping it a loooooooooong time cuz Nissan resale value is H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E! I know from experience.

I know what you mean about missing a real 4wd vehicle. I traded my Discovery for the EP, and when we had a snow 'storm' a couple weeks ago, I was definitely wishing for that permanent four-wheel-drive and the beastly 12mpg roar of the 4.0L V-8...but alas, as Austin Powers once said, that train has sailed. Good luck with the Xterra.

in theory there are arguements for each side. but in reality a certain deal can be struck at any time at any dealer. my advice, play around on cbb.com and see what reality tells you....then shop for the WRX you want.....see what deals you can get. you should know from buying one of these limited edition honda SI race cars(or so the dealers think) that you can get different deals everywhere. i saved about 3000 by simply playing around with different dealers. but best buy id go used. if you trade used for new they have you right away. if you go used to used you got more room to work with. only thing to consider is that the WRX transmission is made of glass. its much more flawed than our "less than perfect" ep trans. also, turbo cars driven by normal people are generally not taken care of. id much prefer a nice new turbo car to one that had been LEASED for 2 years. so anyway, best of luck, grind every gear and youll still smoke most of us. post pics after so we know how you did. again...good luck. :D

Hah! I think this statement is hilarious! My stock max torque is 246lb/ft @ 2600 yeah the max hp is 210 but who cares? My Xterra could probably pull a freight train from a roll. It
