Not a fan of PIAA bulbs... a friend dropped 90$ on some PIAA's and they looked completely stock. Lights output stayed the same. Believe it or not, he returned em, got some RAZO's (like mine) and could not be happier.

Gah I hate to bash any product out there, however... I tried the Xtreme white plus' from PIAA, and I simply saw no improvement whatsoever, but hey just my opinion do as you will. =)

I had them. They are very nice looking bulbs. I'd recommend them if you get a good price...I paid like 65, which wasn't bad cause they go for a lot more than that. They lasted me 1 year. That isn't GREAT, but it's a lot better than probably any other bulb you get unless it's stock ;) By the way, stock lights up the road in front of you better than any of the aftermarket bulbs. Just does so yellow-ly. lol.

I got Super White Platinums and let me tell you... Them things is beautiful!

Had them for well over a year now, with no problems. The things look great, with just a hint of purple/blue in the low-beams. They look very similar to the Acura HIDs.

With the high-beams on, it's like having an acre of daylight in front of the car.:D

However all those piaa,Razo(especially), bkube bulbs blow out. i am done buying them cuz most of the time they don't last over 3 months. save you moany and get HID.

Wrong. They're 60/55w. Don't believe the ricer math of 60/55 = 135/125.

I donno, its juss what the piaa sight says... but anyways mightmouse, how do you calculate, im really interested in knowing how come 60/55 (what is that? wattage?) and 135/125? this shit is seriously confusing... also tires and crap... what the hell is this 205/55/200 or what the hell crap? these number things are not a good thing to my brain.... someone explain to me these two things...

tires... ie: my tires are 215/35/18... that means its 215mm wide, 35mm thick, for 18" wheels

and for bulbs, this says it all...

High Intensity Discharge: A light source in which light is produced by a stabilized arc that burns at a much higher color temperature which creates a whiter light output than a standard halogen bulb. This arc is generated with an igniting system and ballast.

XTRA: A PIAA term used to designate high efficiency bulbs that are designed to produce greater light output than its rated power consumption. (Example 55watts = 85watts of light output)

in other words, the 60/55 your headlights are putting out will "look" like its putting out 135/125

Correction: I think 35 profile, means 35% of the width. may be wrong though ...

yeah the 35 in 215/35/18 doesn't mean 35mm, it's in proportion to the 215, and I believe too it means 35%.

You are correct.

As for the headlights, it's just marketing BS. The PIAAs have been proven to be scams plenty of times in the past. Don't waste your money.

anywyas... my dad goof and got me PIAA 7500K Spark Blue headlights. I got no problem... they are white lights, with a hint of blue and when it comes down the road it is sorta HID like comapred to my TSX. Brighter than the stock blubs... I like them
