well i hear these are not made for our car but niether are the S-tech springs and we all have those. im just considering these cause id think these would still be better than some mix n match combo of springs/shocks. so is anybody using these coils yet???????????? they look high quality and the price is great. what kit would we use???????????????01+civic?????

search.

nobody is using them yet, vnlilman is using them (he's from 7thgencivic.com) and he really likes them. I'm waiting to get a few more bucks together to buy them, but I'm pretty sure that'll be the kit I go with. They seem to be well-received on ClubRSX as well.

Well from what I read, the spring rates are pretty similar to that of the tein SS kit (which is also for the EM2, not for the EP3) and people seem to like those.

Just for comparative purposes:

Tein SS spring rates for EM2
Front 6kg/in or 336 lb/in
Rear 8kg/in or 448 lb/in

Hayame Coilovers01-03 Civic

6KG Front/8KG Rear

same exact spring rates.
