Tein Type Flex Questions....

I'm looking to purchase the Type Flex kit this Spring/Summer. I've searched the site and can't find anything really on pricing. My questions are where is the cheapest place to get the Type Flex kit, and does the Type Flex kit fix the suspension noise from the front of the EP? Thanks for any help.
