Is this new, I just noticed it. I checked on the Progress site and it's made specifically for the 02-03 Si's doesn't share the same part # as the 01+ Civics like the Tein Basics and other brands. For the price... pretty good in my opinion. Maybe someone can find it cheaper

I think so, says it comes with a "How-To Video" , with how to set it for Drag racing or Road racing. I'm not sure but it seems like the dampening is adjustable. Thats pretty cheap for that amount of flexibility.

The dampening is adjustable but it requires taking the dampening assembly apart, you are not able to just turn a screw or knob like on other setups.(from what I know)

Price is reasonanle, they look great. I wish they had a larger image of the actual product.

The soft 350 fr and stiff 650 rear is probably set up that way to work with their sway bar setup(large 27mm front and 22mm rear).

A couple other set ups i've seen on EPs are 24mm fr sway, 25mm rear sway, with 450 springs in the front and 600 rear

For those that aren't aware, Internally Adjustable (rebuildable) means you adjust damping by disassembling the shocks and installing different valving shims to increase or decrease the stiffness, oil weight can be changed as well. This is very common for race suspension (the intended use of these coilovers), but most owners wouldn't have the tools or skill to do this or want to disassemble and realign their suspension every time they change valving.
