Yes. D17 motor.

More or less yeah!

EP1 has 1.4 16V
EP2 1.6 SOHC VTEC
EP3 various i-VTEC engines
EP4 has Deisel

In europe anyhow

our EP3 is TypeR and TypeS is 5 door and has EU* type code

i like that fact that the ep2 has no sun roof.... i wish my si had no sun roof too, it is 50lbs there...

Thats strange, I can see what you mean, in my pics it looks like no sunroof, yet there is a sunroof. I will have new pics soon and will show interior and other details.

there are versions of the EP2 that don't have a SunRoof though. Its the known in the UK as the "Sport"* and looks a bit more like the Type R and US Si, but still has the same engine as the other EP2's.

* - Not to be confused with the SE Sport which is what Halfloaf has, which looks different because it has the Slatted grill which was on the Euro EP1/2 until they revised it this year.

I think its a myth that our sunroof is super heavy.

Honda at one time printed literature boasting that the EP3 sunroof is the lightest and thinnest sunroof and mechanism that Honda has ever developed, and its exclusively on our car.

My bet is that at the most its 28 lbs... anyone care to find out for us?
