AVATAR forum... we need one

I see a lot of sweet and hillarious avatars out there. We should have a forum where people come up with cool and funny avatars, and people can comment on them, or add captions, etc. Just an idea.

we already have had a few threads on avatars.. i don't think a new section is needed just for some avatar pictures.
