The rims are nice and the tires are cheap but they are Z-rated and have good grip when slamming into 2nd after redlining in 1st. ;) I bought my rims/tires brand new off of ebay for $700...not a bad place to shop for car parts.

Yeah some of the curbs round here are scarey.
There is a rim protector on the tyres but I think think I'll go for wider tyres when I replace. The 205/45/17 Falken 512's seem too narrow for the rims.

I have a pair of 16 x 7 Rota GT3's Black with polished lip sitting in my room waiting for tires. But, after thinking about it, I don't think I'm going to be happy with them so I'm probably going to sell them and powdercoat my stocks black and/ or get a pair of 7th gen EX (99 - 00 Si Style Rims) rims for the ride. If any local's would want to buy them I would let them go for $550, exactly what I got them for. Their still in the box. I opened the box to check each of them out and inspect for damage. Everything is good. NO USE whatsoever on them.
