i wanted one of these to help with my rear sway bar, but i have done some research, and people have made it seem like the Mr. Alex rear upper strut doesnt really help becuase it hides underneathe the carpet. is this true???

lol. I think the concerns about it being under the carpet are about
looks, not performance.
As long as the bar doesn't bend/flex (i.e. eBay bar), it should
perform just fine, either underneath or above the carpet.
