Ausmith: Mugen air box

Is the Mugen air box for USDM EP3 coming? Should one expect a noticeable improvement over the stock system equipped with say a foam filter (Uni or Spoon)? Do you know if the Mugen air box sits higher in the engine bay than the stock air box? I am worried about clearance for a Comptech Ti front strut tower support bar. BTW, does Mugen offer a front strut tower support bar for the USDM EP3?

its here, yes there should be some improvement, no it doesnt the bar will fit, and i dont know about the tower support bar for usdm, but i suspect no.

THe USDM version isn't out yet. For the Mugen Icebox it'll perform like the like comptech one basically just cost more cus its Mugen and it's CF molded box. And it'll fit any strut tower on the market made of our car. And No Mugen Strut tower is gonna come out Early April for our car.

allthe Mugen stuff thats on the Kingsmotor sports was moded to fit. So you'll have to wait if u want the same setup unless u got alot of $ to burn. ;)

All the Mugen boxes that are on the UKDM/JDM CTR's are fibreglass not carbon;)
